The Santa Clarita Valley is a quick 35-mile drive to downtown Los Angeles, a 25-minute drive to Burbank Bob Hope Airport (BUR), and a 45-minute drive to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Our residents can reach the beaches of Malibu in less than one hour, or skiing and snowboarding in the Angeles National Forest.
Boasting a warm Southern California climate, the SCV is mild during the day while temperatures typically drop into the mid-60s at night. The average daily temperature is a welcoming 77 degrees.
