The Santa Clarita Valley is a quick 35-mile drive to downtown Los Angeles, a 25-minute drive to Burbank Bob Hope Airport (BUR), and a 45-minute drive to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Our residents can reach the beaches of Malibu in less than one hour, or skiing and snowboarding in Angeles National Forest.
