Mike has successfully assisted numerous clients with advanced corporate and individual tax planning, business merger, acquisition and sales consulting, estate planning and succession planning. His expertise includes Research & Development (R&D) studies, international sales tax structures, and capital improvement cost segregation engagements. Mike’s background includes prior financial statement audit experience with a national auditing firm, serving as controller for an aerospace engineering manufacturing company and business consulting with a firm in New York City where he served public and privately held companies in multiple industries.

Mike was named one of the 2009 “40 Under 40” by the Santa Clarita Valley Business Journal and one of the 2010 “40 Under 40” by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal, which both recognized outstanding achievement by top individuals under the age of 40 who excel in their industry and show dynamic leadership in their community.
