Calvin Hedman has over thirty years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. As President of Hedman Partners, he is responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and client service. In addition to providing audit and tax services to his clients, Calvin provides consulting expertise in a variety of areas including strategic planning, acquisition due diligence reviews, and estate and succession planning.

With his extensive merger and acquisition experience, Calvin holds a Certified Merger & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) credential. This designation allows him to assist our clients when they are purchasing or selling a business. Calvin also holds a California real estate broker’s license and a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license for investment banking transactions. These licenses help us protect our clients’ exposure when selling their businesses. Prior to founding Hedman Partners, Calvin was an audit partner in the Los Angeles office of Grant Thornton, an international CPA firm.

Calvin serves on the Board of Directors of the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation, a founding member of the Santa Clarita Valley Aerospace Defense Coalition, and the Advisory Board of the Santa Clarita Valley YMCA. Calvin is a member of the Measure M and E Citizens Oversight Committee for College of the Canyons, a member of ACG 101 and Beauty Industry West.
