AUDIT SENIOR
The Audit Senior will be a key client contact in the performance of the firm's audit, review, compilation and agreed-upon procedure engagements.

An Audit Senior usually performs most engagements with little supervision. They may direct and review the work of assistants and semi-seniors and are capable of making decisions on most accounting and auditing matters.

    Desired Skills and Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant public accounting experience
    • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills
    • Solid technical background
    • CPA license or must be on the path towards obtaining certification
    • Employee Benefit Plan auditing experience a plus

TAX MANAGER
Tax Managers have overall charge of assigned engagements and typically serve as the primary contact/service provider from the Tax Department. Tax Managers direct and review the work and approve the tax returns of Tax Seniors and Tax Preparers. Tax Managers also perform tax planning and consulting as well as preparing individuals, estate, trust and corporate tax returns and researching unusual tax matters.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 7 years experience in public accounting
  • Technically proficient understanding of complex taxation issues and implications, federal and state tax law and capable of preparing more complicated tax returns
  • Experience in middle-market manufacturing and distribution companies
  • Multi-state and Estate planning experience preferred
  • Excellent client services and communication skills
  • Ability to direct, supervise and train department staff
  • Ability to make independent decisions on most clients issues and concerns
  • CPA license required

AUDIT MANAGER
The Audit Manager will have overall charge of assigned engagements and is involved in almost all areas of the Audit Department. They have technical proficiency and the ability to supervise and complete engagements, as well as serve as the intermediary between partners, the audit team staff and clients.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant public accounting experience with at least 1 year as Audit Manager
  • Strong technical background with U.S. GAAP and GAAS
  • Ability to supervise and complete engagements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to direct, supervise and train department staff
  • Employee Benefit Plan auditing experience a plus
  • CPA license required
